Our Team

Kavita Dayal  – Manager

I am Kavita Dayal the Manager in Higgys House. I have worked here since Higgys opened it’s doors in 2005. I am passionate and dedicated when it comes to providing a quality childcare service to all the families in Higgys. I have over 25 years’ experience in Early childhood. After completing my fetac 5 and 6 in childcare I then went on to do my Bachelor of Arts in Applied Early Childhood Education and Care in 2021. I have my Children First training in Child protection, HACCP, Student supervision & First Aid Responder (FAR).
I believe that we learn so much from Children by listening to them and this in turn helps us develop an environment that focuses on what they need. I feel that through love and kindness children learn to build positive relationships and life skills. I enjoy working with the parents and families in Higgys and making them feel that their child/children will get the best possible care while they are here. Working with a team and maintaining the highest standards of Care for the children has always been and is my main focus.
